Converse All Star Single Logo Ox

By 1923 the Converse All Star shoe was designed in its present-day form after the company made improvements to the design based on Chuck Taylor's input. The restyled Converse All Star basketball shoe also had a distinctive five-pointed-star logo displayed on the high-top shoe's ankle patch. In addition, Taylor's signature was incorporated into the high-top's ankle patch, resulting in the design that became known as the Chuck Taylor All Star.[4][3][18]

On the One Star Ox, things get a little bit brighter compared to the Chuck Taylor as the upper features a bright neon green suede. Similar details can be found here with white accent stitching throughout, black laces, and a redesigned tongue tag as well as the 8-Ball logo replacing the usual star found on the midfoot. Even with this present on the lateral side, the medial side gets a perforated star logo. Further branding details make their way to the white insole where a co-branded Stussy and Converse graphic sits. Everything is tied together by the white vulcanized rubber midsole and gum rubber outsole.

The logo for DRKSHDW contains a pentagram, or five-point star, although the DRKSHDW pentagram contains one exaggerated point. The DRKSHDW-branded shoes, some of which contain the pentagram logo and also the All Star logo, can be viewed by clicking on this gallery.

In 2007 the company starts using the version of the logo, which was designed in the early 1970s by Jim Labadini. It was a black star, placed near the chevron, pointing right. It was a symbol of progress and energy, which stayed with the brand for four years.

After releasing numerous iterations of the Chuck Taylor All Stars\\u00a0for past projects, frequent collaborators Comme des Garçons\\u00a0PLAY and Converse are\\u00a0taking a different approach for their next joint effort.\\r\\n\\r\\nShown here is the Comme des Garçons PLAY x Converse One Star collection that\\u2019s hitting stores next week.\\u00a0This is the first time that the Japanese fashion label is putting its spin on the classic low-top model, but the sneakers still feature\\u00a0familiar CDG details like the red heart logo stamped on the upper. The CDG x Converse One Star will be available in white and black-based\\u00a0colorways, with both pairs featuring a red star branding at the midfoot and a white midsole.\\r\\n\\r\\nBoth iterations of the Comme des Garçons PLAY x Converse One Star will be released on July 28 at doverstreetmarket.com,\\u00a0converse.com, and at\\u00a0Comme des Garçons and Dover Street Market stores.
